Ordering, Payment & Account

Global Delivery & Shipping

Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
Timeline: 10-15 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days for processing).

2. Free Economy Shipping (Value & Reliable)
Cost: FREE on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a calculated fee.
Carrier: EMS.
Timeline: 15-25 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days for processing).
The perfect choice for planning ahead and saving on delivery costs.
All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our Newcastle upon Tyne warehouse within 1-2 business days. The final delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and destination:
- Standard: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Economy: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.
Important: Our product prices and shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may be applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering to avoid any surprises upon delivery.
We partner with world-leading logistics providers: DHL, FedEx, and EMS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, providing end-to-end tracking transparency right to your doorstep.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are confident in the quality of our products. If an item isn’t perfect for your vision, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Key conditions for returns:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and fittings intact.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient process is to return the unwanted item (following our returns procedure) and place a new order for the correct product. This ensures you receive your new items as quickly as possible.
